Please do not enter the surgery if you have a new continuous cough, loss of taste or smell or a high temperature!
If your family members have the same symptoms then you should also not attend the surgery even if you are well.
In order to reduce contact and the risk of spreading the virus our patients will be offered a telephone appointment
If the GP decides during the phone call that you need to be seen face to face they will book an appointment for you to attend the surgery and advise you of when to attend.
Please use our econsult service which can be found on the home page for routine matters
Nurses will be seeing patients face to face and by telephone by appointment. Extra time has been given for Personal protective Equipment to be used.
On entering the practice please sanitize your hands at the hygiene point on entry and exit and you must wear a face covering.
Pleae only attend the surgery to attend pre-booked appointments, drop off samples and collect items you have been asked to collect. General enquiries and booking of appointments should be made by telephoning 727273 (appointments) 313001 (enquiries)

We are unable to advise you if you should attend any of the visiting provider appointments and so please do not ask our receptionists
Please do not contact us about non-urgent matters during peak times which are 8.15am to 10am and 1.30pm to 3pm as we need to keep telephone lines free for GP consultations
